Love it!
I guess the cool thing is that prior to social media this kind of thing would never have happened since it is the fact that it is now possible to cheaply make a video and distribute it virally that makes such surprises worth doing.

Okay, this is not exactly Social Media, but it is a sweet example of customer care. So we have to show it anyway. KLM has recently pulled off something similar, you can check it out here. Seems like, slowly, companies' attitudes towards their customers are changing. And Social Media certainly is a part of that change!
